    I was disgusted by what I witnessed this afternoon between 1-3pm. A fire department official, wearing a Toronto Fire Department sweater and then declaring he worked for the Toronto Fire Department, yelled at an older gentleman who was with his grandchildren. Then, strode by directly in front of his table smirking in an intimidating manner. Not only this but subsequent to the gentleman leaving shortly thereafter, this Toronto Fireman declared the gentleman as being the instigator and to top it all off...stating that the gentleman's grandson must have "ADD" and was a "danger" to others. If anybody else witnessed this, please do feel free to correct me if what I personally witnessed was false because I would love to be proven wrong. Otherwise, I hope this McDonald's bully can be found out and reprimanded for his behaviour while representing the otherwise brave men and women of the Toronto Fire Department.

    Not open 24 hrs. Well at least not right now at 3:28 in the morning, on a Saturday. I understand that the weather isn't that great, but I'm still a little bewildered.

    No straws, napkins, salt etc available without waiting at the counter for one of the clueless employees to notice you. Food was cold, chicken was dry and tasteless. Nothing fast or convenient about this place. They get your order right 1 in 6 visits.

    This place doesn't even know how to make a double big mac. There are 4 patties...not 2. Amateur staff at best.

    Excellent staff very efficient and our grand daughters had so much fun and the food was good .
